Project: We were brought on board to support the West Yorkshire Local Authority Museum Partnership (WYLAMP) following a research piece which identified that audience development for the museums involved was needed to reach non-visiting groups in the local area.
Strategy: The project focused on digital marketing and B&H were tasked with bringing together the five different local authority museum groups in order to identify key areas for improvement with the aims of reaching out to wider audiences.
Results: We provided the local authority museum groups with both collective and individual support. The project focused on providing social media training to the groups as this was a key area identified in our collective discussions. B&H held two full training sessions, including individual one-on-one training. We looked in depth at analytics, best practice, content management and overall strategy.
